I've been to the location on several occasions. My Pain Management Doctor is on staff there. I do not mind driving the distance. As an established patient of HFH, it is so worth the drive it to get to his next available appointment. When you have a good caring Doctor, no distance is too far. I love HFH. They always take good care if me.

I absolutely love this HF site! Ample parking, I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes before being seen by my doctor. One stop shop for most of your medical specialties. Staff is very friendly and quick with checking you in. I do recommend the self check-in though, as you don't have to answer personal questions for others to over hear you.

HF is proving to be a "medicate first, investigate never" hospital. Before HF replies with a generic "contact us" response, know that I have already submitted a complaint via the patient advocate and complaint link before I externally seek recourse. And please note that the replies by the owner to negative Google reviews do nothing to resolve the issue. I know if my issues were resolved, I would change my review. This generic response gives the illusion of care without evidence of it. Don't be fooled. I visited a doctor (anonymous because I want things to improve, not shame an individual) here for new, debilitating chronic fatigue and knee pain, hoping to find a root cause. Instead of listening, she read from a generic script, recommending over-the-counter pain meds before even asking about my symptoms, and lecturing me on diet without asking about my highly active lifestyle. I had to aggressively advocate just to get basic blood work and an orthopedic referral. Even after imaging showed water in my knee and blood tests came back abnormally concerning, the only solution offered was iron pills and Tylenol. Typically I've had good service at the Ford Rd location. However, lately their emphasis on patient outcomes seems lacking. After repeatedly report an issue with making a monthly appointment this month there still was a complication. One that could have easily been resolved with a phone call to my primary care physician's office, who is in the HF network. Instead, they chose to put the onus to resolve the matter on the patient versus addressing the issue in their system.
